It’s Not a Leadership Problem. It’s a Seeing Problem

I’m writing a book called The Perception Miracle.

It’s about what happens on the inner leader journey.

Something totally unexpected begins to happen. We begin to see the world without the mind’s filters of ego, judgment, and conditioning.

The impact is much greater than you can imagine.

We stop living and working from the voice in our head and start seeing from awareness itself.

Not self-awareness. A deeper awareness that emerges when we stop identifying with the voice in our head.

You start seeing what’s actually there. Not what you may have learned or believed. Not what an influencer or book says.

I wrote the first draft of this book in 30 days, inspired by the posts in my LinkedIn feed.

Not because I agreed with them, but because I saw how upside down most of our advice has become.

Well-meaning, but still the mind trying to fix itself. We keep circling the same issues on leadership, engagement, psychological safety, and more.

So little really changes.

It’s not a strategy problem. It’s a perception problem.

The shift begins when we see that we’ve been running on autopilot and start seeing.

Not more information. Not more learning. Not more skills. Not more books.

Fewer filters.

You are not the voice in your head.

Do the inner work to let that go, and you will be amazed as what you see.

“If we could only see reality more as it is, it would become obvious what we need to do.” — Joseph Jaworski, Synchronicity
