Hi and welcome, I’m Bill Fox.
My work here is about helping people and organizations discover new ways of being more forward-thinking to help you thrive in today’s world of ever-increasing whitewater.
Many organizations today need to get more done with fewer people and resources while taking on more and more challenging work making everyone’s contribution more important than ever — but how do we get people to get out of their comfort zone, step up to the challenges, and be more innovative?
In a world that’s in a state of constant whitewater and increasing complexity and disruption, we need to expand the way we evolve the status quo. Managing change, best practices and working harder or even smarter are no longer enough.
We need to learn how to interact with each other with an open mind and be ready to discover whatever is there for us to see. Rather than listening for the right answers, we need to enhance our ability to see what’s true and have the freedom to act on it.
When we’re relying on past knowledge, best practices and more activity in the face of relentless change and disruption, we’re still living in the past. We need to design ourselves and our organizations to be more forward-thinking.
Here’s how I might help you in my consulting, coaching or workshop engagements:
- How to become a more forward-thinking and conscious human capable of living and contributing your full potential
- How to leverage and engage with our ongoing and growing conversation of better answers, better questions, insights and wisdom with over 100 top business leaders and executives
- How to create a conversation and ask new questions that leverage and harness new intelligence and collective wisdom
The best way to find out about how I think and my innovative approach to workplace transformation is to check out many of my free materials, especially my article published in the Cutter Business Technology Journal, the Forward-Thinking Workplace Guide, and many of the interviews I’ve done with over 75 distinguished global leaders and executives.
