From Doing to Being
At first, I went looking for the best tools and strategies, convinced that the right framework would unlock lasting change. I interviewed leading experts for my book and series, 5 Minutes to Process Improvement Success, expecting them to share the methods they were best known for.
But something unexpected happened. Instead of rattling off techniques, they spoke of something deeper.
Real leadership, they told me, has little to do with titles, methods, or even actions. It’s about being. It’s about living from your authentic self — free from the noise of the mind and the grip of old habits.
A Moment of Proof
In 2020, I shared a reflection on Dr. Marilyn Jacobson’s book, Turn the Pyramid Upside Down, with one of my new visual designs. The response came fast. Wolfgang’s words were a moment of deep knowing: when we create from inner stillness and truth, it resonates far beyond ourselves.
